Yea, grab a couple more pounds or rock. In that size tank I'm not aware of any fish that would be great for that size tank, but you could do something like a Green Banded Goby, a Clown Goby, or another small goby. If you are doing a nano-reef, than some small leathers, zoas, or LPS.

1 fish, if that, is about all you can add to a small aquarium like that. Also, becareful with the Arrow Crab and adding a small fish.
I would select a variety of zoanthids OR mushrooms and let the animals grow and spread out like a field of pansies!!!!!!!Nothing fancy. but the colors from the various zo's OR mushrooms will strike a beautiful contrast!

I would put eggcrate over the top of it if you add any fish. The tank is small, so it may try to jump out.

A 2 gal aquarium really isn't a good start for beginners- it requires a very close eye on water chemistry, and some of the equipment can get a little technical when working with such a small water volume. However, try a small goby/pistol shrimp combo if your looking for something interesting to do with it.
