2 intake pumps 1 skimmer?

    Will it work if I use 2 maxijet1200 for my reciculating skimmer instead of a bigger pump?

    What kind/size skimmer?

    I would imagine that if you can produce a similar GPH for water and a simliar air volume as the original pumps you could get away with that. Sounds tricky tho . . .

    Its a redsea c skim 1800.... my plan was just to put equal length flextubing comming from both pumps connect to a y fitting the to the intake of the skimmer.
