    i think the aerobic part of the nitrogen cycle is done, anerobic probably not yet.
    i think your still getting your ph right so i wouldnt add another fish yet. the faster you stock the more problems you will have with algae, atleast IME.

    It is stable for now. just a pinch in your top off water will keep it that way. I use 1 teaspoon for every 4 gallons of top off water, but i also have CC substrate. It can change depending on your substrate and aeration however.

    IME = in my estimation

    Your won't fully cycle, meaning a steady 0ppm NO3 for a long time, maybe a couple more months. This is where you slowly add your stock to force the biological system to grow, and where you use macro algae to eat up the low NO3 levels. As for the low pH, you need to increase your dissolved oxygen in your tank. Run your skimmer harder (open up the air more), remove and tank lids, or use an air stone. Your pH will rise naturally.
