If it was me and my tank i would just stop doing everything.

Stop buying fish for a while and if is a disease int he water let it run its course.

I would stop water changes and all. Just let the tank be for a week or so do a modest water change wait a bit more then try adding another fish.

However my guess is goign to be that the wrasse is bothering the additions and leading to there death.

I have had no luck with wrasses not tormenting everything in my tank so I will personally no longer own one.

    This is just IMHO.

    Sick Clown

    Hello,
I am looking up all symptoms for sick clown fish and so far mine differ from everything that I have searched. My clown started out with a dark pimple like spot on his chin that then grew larger and larger almost looking fisces like, it finally fell off but he still looks like he is experiencing discomfort and the spot on his chin looks moldy like. Going more into his mouth area. Does anyone know anything about this?
    Thank you

    Welcome to 3reef,

Perhaps you can put up an image of your fish. Almost sounds fungal or like a secondary bacterial infection.

    Does the fish still eat?

Take a look at this link, specifically Micobacteriosis.

if the fish was looking pale it could be a disease like brook or a light shiny white layer would be velvet. i would get a ht tank setup and treat the remaining fish though they should have died already. let the tank run fallow and stop adding stuff to the tank.
