Our 2" regal blue tang has a black center stripe on it's face instead of the normal blue color in between 2 black stripes over its eyes. Also concerned it's eye doesn't look right.

All other indications including feeding seem normal.
All the other fish in the tank seem normal.
We have had the fish for 5 months before this. Other than an initial ich outbreak when it was first brought home everything seemed ok.

are you taling about the white spot on the eye? If so I believe it is ich, ich does affect the eyes and can manifest in cloudy eyes or a spots. Keep the stress down and feed the fish regularly as with ich. If it is just the one spot I would wait to do any drastic treatments.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Looks like it could be pop eye.

Most common cause is physical injury to the eye, stress related to less than ideal water chemistry ie: Nitrates.....

Basically need a better image if you can get one and it does look like pop eye.
