those both sound like great choices to me
do you have corals? if so, the Flame is worth the risk IMO as it is beautiful ,. but it might develop a taste for certain corals

A Yellow Watchman, Royal Gramma, mated Clowns, Firefish, Green Chromis', Anthias, Dwarf Angel (Lemonpeel are hardy). This has worked for me but then I moved up from a 65g to a 120g to a 210g tank. The thing with corals and live rock is that they take up a lot of space in the tank. Take that into consideration and stay with fish that don't grow too big unless you plan on moving up.
As far as tangs go they should have been your last fish to put in your tank so at this point I would stay away from fish that have the same shape as your tang. The other thing is feeding. When you have big fish they excrete a large amount of bioload on your system. You may have problems with new veggie eating fish as the Tangs don't like sharing.
Going further down the line if you move up and want 1 or 2 more tangs you should know there are three genre of tangs. Read up on that. When I moved up I had a Regal (yellow belly African hippo) tang already in my old tank so I bought a Purple Tang and a Kole Tang and put them in right away. The Kole died and I was afraid to get another so I bought a Sohal Tang that was bigger then the other two tangs and there wasn't any squabbles. The Sohal Tang swims all night long and is growing big fast. Even with a 210g tank tangs can outgrow the surroundings. It will then get mean and nasty. Fish are hard to catch in a reef tank. Hey, good luck!
