The red stuff is definitely some type of coral. I have it all over my rock too, mine is pink though. It is very slow growing, mine grew about 1/4-1/2" over the last 3 years.

the red stuff is a Foraminifera of some sort, they a great filter feeders and a good thing to have.

    Great picture of it!

the second one: Is it growing/spreading? First glance it looks like a brain coral skeleton of some type... but look closer, it looks... I dunno... fuzzy? If it's spreading I would be tempted to say it's a sponge of some sort, but I've never seen one that grows like that.

The first one is a clump of colonial ascidians maybe in the genus Botryllus or Botrylloides. These are filter feeders that remove particulates from water & are actually very helpful in keeping water clean
Nu2-reef is right about the second. It's a foraminiferan known as Homotrema rubrum. Forams are in a group of their own, neither plant nor animal. They can be best described as amobaeas with shells. In parts of the Caribbean Homotrema is so abundant that the beaches are pink due to all the broken up bits washed up on shore.

the first one looks like turnicates to me, the colonizing ones they are usually vividly colorful and dont live very long i think.

the second looks like ameaboids not sure on the spelling, but i have them in my tank too.
