Did you dry everything out real well after the wash? If you did then I would think you would be okay to add the fishes back in after it has cycled. If not, I would wait the 6 weeks for the Ich to die off before reintroducing.

    Good luck,
    Jake

ammonia is the big killer. if its been gone for a week the i would wait 1 more just to be POSITIVELY sure that its gone. what are your mitrites? im pretty sure these arent as harmful as ammonia and nitrates but should still be avioded. what are the fish you have? are there any corals? those two specs would help alot. good luck.

illwill and jm'sRSM- I am a little disappointed with you two. How harsh and rude of both of you, especially jm.

elweshomayor- Just continue to check your params and make sure the cycling is completely over before adding anything. Just take it very very slowly and when the time comes you will have to acclimate your fish again.

i do have some corals, i have a "brain" and a frag. and cant remember the other one. cabbage something. i have two clowns (not paired...yet), and a gobie. (one of my clowns seems a little sick, and its not eating..idk what to do with him), but the other one and the goby seem much much better. they eat a lot now too.
nitrites, cant remember the exact results. i did a test 2 days ago the results were good though.

** concerning the clown, i wanted to get garlic, but my LFS store is closed till next week. any other thing that might help me with this fish.

Are all of your fish in quarantine? If so, what did you treat them with? The best thing to do to avoid recurrence of ich is to let your DT sit fishless for 8 weeks. You can treat your fish with copper in the quarantine tank for 3 weeks, if you have not already done so.

Get some diced garlic from the grocery store (It will come in a little jar) and just soak the food in the garlic juice, Does the same thing.

add garlic it does wonders for fish immune systems. clownfish are hardy it should be ok. im having the same problem with my dwarf lionfish right now and cant figure out why. good luck and keep us posted.
