20 gallon long vs 10 gallon

    Ok so my birthday is coming up next month and i was planning to set up a new tank for frags and the such and i was stuck in between a 20 long and 10 gallon what do you guys think?

    20 long
    bigger volume=more stability (and more room for frags and such)

    thats true more room for frags i was thinking about going cheap and getting a light from odyssea any thoughts?

    that would work but so will leds and last alot longer and a 20 would be alot better IME ;D

    but I have a light made by odysea and it works ok but you might be able to get a used fixture off here for cheeper and better than a odysea.

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Go for the 20 gallon breeder, much nicer dimensions for a frag tank. If you decide to do more with it than frags it works in your favor as well. Petsmart is a great place to pick one up nice and cheap.

    yea i saw a 20 gallon long for 30 bucks at petsmart i was so tempted to buy it but i am trying to save money to buy corals i mean you cant start a frag tank with two corals
