    That sucks! When I saw the sump was over 2x the DT size I thought, now this is where it's at! Even with a controller sometimes, "life will find a way", around all measures and destroy your environment.

    Good to hear to wasn't too devastating and that the new SPS are happy, lookin' good.

    Beautiful fish but sooo very hard to keep alive. I wish you the best :)

    Why are they hard to keep alive? I also just got one about 2 weeks ago.

    Well now I have completely gone off the deep end. :crazy: Just ordered an Ecotech Radion LED fixture for my tank. Should be here in a couple of days!

    I have the same set up, so I run 2 return pumps. You may need to throttle them back a bit but, it will save your tank!

    Do you run them as separate returns or plumbed into a single return line?

    I run them seperate. I have one that feeds my chiller but I don't need to have that running in the winter so I just leave the tubing attached and shut the chiller off when I don't need it. I have valves on both lines so I can adjust each one independently of the other.
