    i got my baffles today and installed them. pics on my build thread.
    the 11 7/8 was a snug fit inside the tank. when i put it in i had a hair on each side extra room. i think it will work out fine.

    Thank you for that! I think I might try 11 3/4" and just a bit more silicone...what do you think? How tall did you make those baffles?

    I'm thinking about using a 20g long as the sump and the fuge with return pump in the middle, rather than having two separate tanks. What do you think?
