    I'm working on building a new sump/refugium still doing research (confusing).

    In my stand there is a middle board blocking can I remove it or is a big support board

    On Marc's site Marc's Super Sump he had support boards to hold it up while he put his new sump in. Isnit that serious?

    If your tank is full you should build a support to prevent the stand from sagging or worse breaking before you complete the installation and return the board.
