    Jwin I've got a peacock mantisnamed Fred lol. I've had him for a while now :)


    ... This is a pain to post with an iPhone .... I can't see my type >,< I gotta scoll up and check spelling every other stroke lol

    anyhow it seems Fred loves his new tank hes constantly movin rubble around and hes actually up and swimming all over the place :) makes me happy i feel like it was all worth it :)

    Very nice setup. I usually kept fish with my mantis as well to clean up uneaten food.

    so i did some work on the cover , put a background on and droped a diamond goby in the tank heh , i supose ill see what happens. I'm thinking that if he goes long enough without eating either of his buddys i might add him to one of the bigger aquariums :)

    btw anyone else do backgrounds like me ? i buy 3/16" dark plexiglass so that it fits nice and tight between the top and bottom molding o_O that way i can just pull it out and wipe it down keeps things nice and clean and its sooo much easier to deal with than that celiphane crap lol

    Fred is really good looking and well worth the effort you put in
    its good he helps out with the aquascaping

    Good build. Be sure to clean the wood pecker at least every other week so detritus doesn't build up.

    Sorry I had to do a woodpecker joke:)

    last update untill i get some macro algae

    this is the last update untill i get some macro algae and do final aquascaping though i plan on keeping it fairly sparce so he has room to swim around and dig
