20gal mantis tank build

Actually ferrets only really stink of you don't feed them the proper foods they require and neglect to clean their litter and bedding often. It the oils from their skin that build up on the cage, little rand bedding that actually smells. Even some expensive foods that you would think would be better for them contain ingredients that cause them to have a bit of an odor. If it says chicken or turkey for the first two ingredients, usually its a sign of a good food, but if it contains any fish watch out.
As the mommy of three ferrets, Im happy to say visitors to our home dont even know we have them until they see them. And even then they're amazed at how they smell.....er...Don't smell rather.

 

the lights are just some little oddysea 50/50 and the filter is a small tetra wisper 20 nothin special nothin fancy >,< i actually bought the filter for a 10 gallon QT tank >,<

 

and the ferret thing i agree with swagger i cut all foods with fish out of thier diets and the smell was gone but i recently added evo to thier diets and they got a bit of funk to them again on the upside im used to it lol

 

lol i dont have ferrets. the blasted lfs does though

 

i use to feed my ferret EVO to, deffently where the smells comming from haha

sounds exciting!

i saw my first mantis shrimp in a LFS yesterday.. crazy little guy, he was trying to attack my finger through the glass, then started doing backflips.
