Damn it, +1 to Ingtar again! lol

He's right, I'd be careful about squirting them in tank! They release spores/babies when harmed.
I'd do aiptasia x or the berghia and peppermint route. If you do the in tank method I'd get alot pf peppermints first to deal with the babies that may ensue.

So if I do the lemon juice they may spray spores, but won't spray spores with aiptasia x?

They still may release the gametes with Aiptasia X if you scare the anemone. Aiptasia X is a great product because if you use it right, you can cover the mouth of the anemone with the glue and it will die. The trick is to gently squirt the stuff so it thinks it's food and the anemone doesn't retract.
I've had great results with it in the past; although with the huge amount you have in your tank, I'd almost use the peppermint shrimp or Berghia slugs as well. In the past, I used a smaller tank to put pieces of rock in that had the shrimp/slugs in it. It's easier to control the situation when treating for Aiptasia outside of the main display.
It's frustrating when you get those pests in your tank but with a little time and effort, you'll be back up and running!
    Good luck!

there is always a chance of them spraying spores but, less of the chance when using aiptasia x.

Well I went and got a needle and syringe and am zapping with lemon juice that's all I have for now and since it's a nasty rainy wet Sunday afternoon I'm pest killing :) I think I used to much juice though so have to wait a bit before continuing

I think one of those aiptasia zappers would be fun. Was watching American Reef TV the other day and saw Mike Paletta using one.... A bit pricey though, but it looks like it'd be fun to play with.

Small update. Bought a couple corals a flameback angel and a copperbanded butterfly. All fish are in QT right now because of ich. The aiptasias are disappearing slowly but surely.

I finally ordered an AI Sol so will be getting some for real lights :) I still have to get more rock cause I want a wall of rock along the back wall almost to the surface.
