210 gallon new reef tank advise

Hello, I and my wife are going to buy a 210 gallon acrylic walk-around tank, and turn it into coral with reef safe fish, I plan to drill my own holes, and build my own overflow, overflow-boxes, I have a 85 gallon glass tank I plan to convert into a refuguim/ sump, I want to know what type of lighting I'll need for this size tank, I want to do a LED with moonlight that will hang from the ceiling ? and what size holes should I drill for the overflow, returns and drains.
