    I didn't fully understand the overflow design and patch until I saw this picture. So, it ended up working out for the best. Great to see the tank in place. Now the fun part starts!

    If we never had those shutter doors installed, you'd be able too see the edge on the patch from the view from the kitchen.

    We're redoing the kitchen. There'll be a breakfast/island thingy that will be the same height of the stand. That way, you'll be staring right at the tank as you eat. The fish are probably going to drive us nuts begging while we eat.... like a dog isn't bad enough.

    Still working on it. I need to get someone in to help lift it off the stand so I can drill the holes down through the wood and foamboard.

    This is the first acrylic tank I haven't been able to lift.... but the 3/4" panels are so sexy!

    Just put in a special order for a radiate, antennata and a sphex. Cross your fingers. We're gonna hit the wholesalers and all the do a round to all the LFSs on Sunday, which is about 12 stores. Super excited.
