I thought this would come through the front window also. Nice adds though seriously.

I can't wait either. Everything is in it's "place". I was waiting on those water storage containers. Last night I built some wooden pallets to go under each of the containers so I can put a bulkhead down there. I like being able to drain a tank completely and it's soooo easy this way.

I've ordered 4 new doors for the stand. They can take up to 4 weeks to get. We are seriously afraid of cutting a 5" hole in our exterior wall.... O.O

We're going to paint the roof of the shed with a reflective paint. The walls themselves don't get hot, but the heat pours in from the roof. Then we're going to get large palm type trees to give the whole area shade.

Made a couple of standpipes yesterday for the overflow.

Hubby has to build the sump. Geez, the piece of acrylic was like $60! The last time I bought a sheet like that it was waaaaaay less.

There's only one problem.... I'm in a really bad place right now with my dog. Whenever she's awake I'm going to be at her side, so it'll slow progress. I'm pretty much confined to the livingroom when no one is home with me. When hubby comes home, I run to do some chores. Last night I was sawing wood in the dark. *sigh*

It's hard wanting something to be over and in the same breath never wanting it to end....

I know.... O.O We're going to put in a secure duct type system.

Good lord the cost of repairs if we didn't like how it turned out! LOL. It's HAS to be perfect the first time round on this one. We've built a good 50 tanks up until now.... it's all been in prep for this one.

Every time you put together a tank, you do something you wish you had of done different. That's the things you learn from. We almost feel like we only have one shot at this one.

Sorry to hear about your pooch Incognito. That is never an easy place to be in. Just give her/him all the love and comfort in the world. It is honestly the best thing you can do for both of you. I've been there a few times myself and it never gets easier. Stay strong!

She's helping me inspect the new doors for the cabinet that arrived today.... if you call planting one's butt, inspecting. And when we walked back to the kitchen she had to walk directly over them... why? why?
