In sump fuge. Going to grow macro in here. No substrate for now.





The light adhesive is setting up. Soon, the sun will not be my limitation. New salt is mixing in the 50g drum as we unintentionally did a waterchange.

There's water in there! It's cycling with some lovely silversides. I just installed lights in the sump shed, so we are going to get the skimmer rolling tonight.

 

great man i can't wait, this was a tank i have been waiting for, for a long time.

 

Dang, the skimmer was leaking from two of it's o-rings, so I had to take it offline and order some more. They are a little old now.

We finally decided on lights. Maxspect Mazarra P Series LEDs. Hopefully we'll be able to recess the ceiling, but we'll have to get up there and do some taping around. We're also getting an electrician to come and place outlets on the ceiling hidden above the lights.

The tank is so quiet it's creepy.

 

Can't wait!!!

 

Next I need to get some black extension cords and organize the wires.
