    22 Gallon Cadlight : Reborn

Hello All. Just a little background, i had a 22 gallon cadlight but it got horrible HORRIBLE algae issues that were just unbearable. So i tore it down, bleached everything and made huge investments to have a new start. I tore down the built in baffles and black back on the tank and made a TON of mods and improvements. To list a few of my investments that i bought and additions to the tank:
CPR Overflow 600 gph with Aqualifter included
    Phosphate Reactor and Media
    Ro/di unit (BRS, $130)
    Refractometer
    Moon lights (a whole bar)
    Sump
(there's more, i just cant think right now but for a 14 year old kid, those are pretty big investments :p i did not cheap out, i got as quality equipment as possible. o ya and i had to pay for shipping)

Again just a few, but while the tank was down i was saving up for all the equipment i will need for a fresh, hopefully successful start. The last part of this system, the overflow is arriving saturday. I already did the pvc work for the return with the pump attached and for the overflow but it just needs to be connected. Wish me luck with this new start, i am expecting big things out of this tank. Pictures saturday! A ton of them! please stay with me. I might even attach a picture in a little just as an incentive so you guys will stay tuned ;) The tank looks awesome right now and everythings looking good

EDIT: PLEASE READ THIS EDIT SO YOU DONT THINK MY TANK IS TRASH!!! I am going to attach a "before" picture. This picture keeps me going and dedicated to my tank at all times ;) So lets see on saturday how much my tank has improved from this

Im so sorry for not updating you saturday, my parents were at work and i had no ride to lowes or home depot so i couldnt get the necessary plumbing parts to finish off the job. I still having went, my stupid 7 year old brother has 2 soccer games an hour away today so my mom should be home relatively soon so she will take me and i will update with ease :)

Just my reviews, i payed $79 for a aqualifter never used never open and a cpr overflow never used never open. It was supposively class a seconds but i honestly dont see one scratch or anything it described on ebay. It seriously looks BRAND new, not one imperfection. Looks like it was an awsome steel. It was the cs90, 600 gph. Anyways, I would pick this overflow ANYDAY over the u-tube style. The utube requires that you put a huge, unsightful black box in your tank that takes up a lot of room. With the cpr, only a tiny tiny little part of it is in the tank and its clear so its barely noticeable and takes up hardly any room. I also like the design and that you can use the aqualifter. Thats really peace of mind to me. And the aqualifter is pretty nifty as well. Looks like this tank is going to be ok after all ::)

o ya the only thing that i dont like about the cpr is that people like me with rimless tanks, i cant use the crews to adjust the height of water in the tank but its ok because i like it where it is ;)

Heres the tank! so so sorry for the delay, had troubles finding rides to lowes *cough* brother *cough* but anyways here it is. I tested it and simulated a power outage and the hole i drilled in the return worked like a charm. the 5 gallon sump happened to be plenty room and water; and perfect fitting in the stand. Please enjoy and thank you 3reef, for helping me with all my questions along the way ;)

EDIT: a couple notes, please feel free to pause the video to read the captions. they go a little fast. Also, my moonlight strip and my filter sock has yet to come in the mail so ill update you when i get that as well. Also i need to get my black background on there, waiting to get up to my lfs go get some. Tank was filled and is being topped off with ro/di for those wondering (bought a unit). I absolutely love the tank. Thanks again everyone.

Please comment on the aquascaping and any comments you may have! Questions welcome! And again, here is a before
