Thanks. I'm limited as to what I can do with my pc lights but I'm told the best would be some softies but I'm kinda leary of some of most of them. I keep hearing how they grow like weeds and can over run a tank. I've only got a 24g cube. I really like GSP and the mushrooms. I'd think perhaps i'll try and start with a few frags and see how they grow? Any words of wisdom here?

The GSP can and will overgrow anything in the tank. Place it on a rock away from the rest in your tank. Mushrooms will do great. If the lights are right above the water you should be fine with most corals.

+1 I would be very cautious with GSP as it can and will overrun a small tank.A small toadstool would be nice;).Zoas and mushrooms are always a great choice for Nano's.8)

A Hammer is LPS.You could possibly keep one if you place it a little higher in the tank but you will have to take steps to keep your parameters at the proper levels as all SPS and LPS require Alkalinity,Calcium and Magnesium to be added regularly. This can be done with weekly WC's (depending on the salt being used) and/or the addition of supplements.

Sounds like I'll save the hammer for my next tank. My stand will accommodate a 60 cube ;)

    New inhabitants!

So here's a couple pics of the hermits in my tank. I ghost fed the tank tonight and checked a few hrs later. Ammonia is 0 Nitrite 0 Nitrate 0 ... Ph is 8.0 like it always has been.

There doing great! they totally got rid of the brown algae on two of the rocks in the back. There very active. I was a bit worried but I hear inverts are much more sensative to water then fish so I'm relieved they lasted the first 24 hrs. ;D ;D ;D
