    Im curious where you found this tank I cant seem to find a 265 that is wider than it is tall most are 84x24x30

    Looking good so far. Can't wait to see it finished. Just curious but how much do you think the whole tank will weigh with the water, sand, and rock in?

    We got it from a guy who bought a coral frag from us, he had it specially made. Poor guy can't really see and down graded to a 100 gal and wanted it off his hands. Was an awesome deal and GREAT find!

    OMG I don't even know. I plan on putting quite a bit of live rock in there. Once the live rock is done being added I'll try and add it all up.

    We've added water and rock! The pump and skimmer are running great. There is currently 160 lbs of live rock, and 220 lbs of sand in there. Once the tank clears we'll start setting up the aqua scape. We'll also be adding more rock down the road. Our next move is to start building the stand and canopy to hide the ugly metal stand. As far as lighting goes we're still trying to decide. Since it's going to be a reef we want something nice. ;D

    hey btw are you guys going to be building a canopy for that tank. i really think you need it. it would make it look 2x better.
