Well I decided not to convert a 55 gallon tank into a sump and purchased an acrylic eshopps reef sump 300. Can someone please tell me what steps i need to take to go about drilling for a 1 1/2" bulkhead for my return line.

Well I have finished plumbing and filled the tank to the overflows and decided to give the pipe work an extra dry day before I fill to run. I ran in to a small problem the aqua c skimmer I picked up would not fit under the stand so I had to dig out my old asm in the garage. I have also hooked up the lighting. A few pics.
