I still, need to put a gallon of water in my tank, but the water level is high enough to run all my pumps. I’ll upload a video on youtube later tonight.

I just got my water tested. I didn’t get the exact numbers (because it doesn’t matter at this point.)

    Ph 8.1
    Ammonia 0 :)confused:)
    Nitrite a lot!
    Nitrate a little

They said my cycle would probably be over in 1 or 2 weeks. Does that sound about right?

    Finally!

I just got my water tested.
Ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate were all 0!
I had some store credit. So I got a chocolate chip starfish, and a peppermint shrimp. I’ll upload some pics later.

If your ammonia never spiked your in for some trouble if your adding things. I dont think your tank cycled yet. I had a ten gallon that took 4 weeks. Also I'd get rid of the hydro meter and get a refractometer. Hydrometers are about as accurate as you tasting the water to see if its salty enough.

    Ammonia did spike.
I’m not getting any coral. Just an anemone in 8-12 months. Then I’ll just trade it in, or put it in a deferent tank.
