Just started a 29 gal which will eventually be a reef setup, but as of now has only LR and a small false peculiar clown, hawkfish and a bi color angel.
I don't want to overcrowd this tank so my question is about how many fish can i add?
I would like to add some blennies and gobies and would appreciate any recommendations on those.

Also, i realize the bicolor angle may pick on corals but i figured i'd give it a try.;D

id leave it at that, thats perfect maybe a lil much but if you have the filter system to handle it your fine, id probably add another clown as i hate single clowns lol gotta be pairs for me

So your saying just keep those 3 fish and don't add any more except for another clown?

i dont know if the angel is suited for your tank/plans i am not sure about the bi color, but other dwarf angels ie coral beauty, and flame angels may nip at corals. either of those are smaller then the bi color. with the clown make sure if you add another to get one that is alot larger then the one you have.

I know about the Angel. I have a Coral beauty in my 210 reef but he doesn't bother anything.I figure i'll give the Bicolor a try and if there's a problem my LFS will take him back in the future since i probably bought the owners new truck with all my $$ spent there!
I really don't care to get another Clown but i am setting this up for my unborn son(Had to tell the wife something, lol) and HAD to have "NEMO" in there.
I think i'm just gonna add some Blennies, and a Goby or 2 but nothing too big.
I've got about 20lbs of LR with more to be added soon.

look at my sig. i ahve a reef with just a few corals so far. i severaly doubt your gonna find something that produces more waste in a 29 gallon than my dwarf lionfish. my corals are flourishing too. you have a nice setup but i would only add 1 blenny or 1 goby. if you get a goby thou, get a pistol shrimp too, you'll enjoy watching them so much more if you do.

I agree that is good how it is just add one more clown fish and maybe have them pair :D. My 40 only have 3 fish and they are small 2 black and white false Australian clown fish and 1 lawnmower blenny. The blenny is like the king he does what he wants.

Well i moved the bi color to my 210 and he seems overjoyed with all the LR to pick at.
So now i've got 2 gobies, 1 clown, and 2 blennies. Most are an inch or so and with the filter and 40lbs of LR i think i'm good to go.
I will admit i am going to add another six line as the one i had is now with GOD along with the Hawkfish.
