29 gallon setup

Hey guys,

Getting all the pieces to start my 29 gallon with 10 gallon sump. this is my second saltwater tank. I drilled it with 3 holes @ 1.5" on the back. one center, one back left, and one back right. I just got done building my rapidled 24 (12rb xp-e, 12xp-g) on a 22x4.25 heatsink. I got a new rio1700+, for return. I was convinced i was going to go chaeto refugium only (reasons, natural, less equipment, and less noise) but now i have been reading and it seems a skimmer may be a better option. Plans for the tank are reef (sps/lps/softies) light bioload, madarin possibly (another reason for fuge.) or a flame angel possibly, or a couple smaller fish. Any suggestions would be great for livestock as well. Live rock will be 30 lbs of fully cured live rock. 30lbs of dry cleans reef sand. diy gravity ATO, with water 5 gallon bucket with mechanical float in sump.

questions
1. What would be a good skimmer to go in/on 10 gallon sump for water volume of 35-39 gallons. I would like above all to be quiet.

2. how should i plumb overflow? i was going to do short piece of pvc, 90 elblow, short pvc for the inside of tank, so i can control water level in display. Should i also put a ball valve on one of the outflows to tune it to full siphon, for quietness? The other overflow with a T-standpipe as back up for clogs, fluctuations etc.

3. In tank circulation. thinking 2 x hydor korlia 2's plus the return pumps will be 350gph@ 4feet. any thoughts?

for skimmer i would look at this skimmer its quiet and does what its suppose to do i ran one on a 75 gallon tank and it was great... Eshopps Generation II Protein Skimmer 75 Gallon | eBay

 

not sure on question two never did that type of overflow..

 

for question three i love koralias i run two in a 270 gallon and they produce some crazy flow... they are koralia 3s with maxi jet mods and they do great...
