I am looking for a skimmer for my 29G Biocube and I am on a very small budget... Do I go with the Biocube brand skimmer or is there a better option for cheap? Thanks!

I don't know about other options, but from what i have heard the BioCube skimmer isn't very good. I would search for another option. :)

When I had my 24g Current Aquapod I ran a Tunze 9002 Nano doc. That did a great job. If you decide to get one, make sure the water level is close to the line indicator. I think with the 20G biocube people run the Tunze in the second chamber.

I run an aquaticlife 115 in the first chamber of my biocube.

I run the Tunze 9002 with the inTank upgraded skimmer cup. Also before I added an external fuge to my cube I ran the inTank media basket.

    Both worked perfectly together.
