29 Gal Salt Water Aquarium Setup

I will be purchasing that on monday. It comes with a Skilter 250. which I dont know much about. but it says its rated for 55gallons but anyways theres room for a sump in the stand. I have a 10g I would use for sump. So my questions does it pay to have a sump? anyone know of cheap hoods? other wise i will buy a kit for the lights so that are mounted. Should i try fitting a fuge in the sump? since the skilter 250 is sorta a hob it would leave room for fuge. so need your thoughts on that. Also do i need to let this tank cycle once i get it set up since it already is? its for my GF's 4 year old she likes nemo so going to have some clowns in there. I have had a tank before and got rid of it since i didnt have a great job at that time. so please shed some light on this! thanks

my 29g looks better then that LOL im so proud of myself lol jk jk, Yeah i would take it,,,but i wouldnt do a sump for a 29g, i think its just a waste of money. just get a HOB fuge, and also, the lighting problem.......I would just hang it from a canopy, i think you can buy a cheap hanging kit somewhere for a pretty good price.

I think a sump is very worth it for any size tank even if only to hold skimmer and heater. I wouldn't try to squeeze a fuge into it though. You should just divide it into a skimmer/heater compartment and return compartment.
