It is definitely nice to have him as a friend. I have learned tons from him since we first became friends. I worked at elite for a while so we had plenty of time to bounce ideas back and forth about the hobby. I got this tank so we can have a tank off and ultimately beat mike lol.

Funny thing is my wife worked at elite as well so she knows she is doomed lol. I usually give her the privilege of picking the fish so she is involved lol.

I think that is what mike and I are planning. A battle royale! Cool thing is we have two totally different styles so it will be cool to see what two different people do with the same tank and almost the same equipment.

I don't think that's going to be a deciding factor at all. You have almost the same amount of gear for yours, and it's not even up yet. It's going to have to be about the livestock and layout in the tank.
