it doesnt look bad at all. Nice job!
You just need two more pieces to cover the front and back.

I would have them vented or at least not to closed in to tight, but yeah mine is only slghtly warm to the touch even after beeing on all day, the orpheks are dimmable the boosts are not. I have boosts orignal version as well and can say I love they way it looks, you do have to be carful about bleaching/ burning your corals, I burned out part of my gsp when I had the bulb to close :-/

lol that was suposed to be a temporary set up LOL but yea, a door and some stain and it sould be alot better but at the time I wanted to make sure it had plenty fo air flow just incase.

I can sa this though white paint on the inside of the canopy with these leds have really made a diffrence on how the light gets dispursed throught the tank.

Hmm....never even contemplated the white paint! I should've done that. Once you enclose some more, you could always set-up a sort of exhaust fan to help with heat accumulation management.

I recommend BoostLED. I have 3 over my 36" long 30 gallon breeder. The color is great.

Their customer service is top notch as well. For the quality, price and service you really can't go wrong.
