I feed once every other day.:)

Different every day (altho I tend to give frozen cyclopeze with every feeding) but I use frozen mysis, Formula One and Two cubes, squid, and if I have seafood for dinner, I reserve a bit for the fishies and corals;D

I feed small amounts 2-3 times daily, mainly because my Copperband will only eat frozen Mysis, Plankton and brine shrimp. It will also eat freeze dried brine shrimp. I also have to feed the flag fin angel sponge based frozen foods and algae. I feed my reef tank once daily though.

Once every couple of days at best here. I feed a mix of prawns and scallops. I just started with a premade food for my anthias, its called golden pearls sinking pellets, I have to admit they have greatly improved the fishes color.
As per corals I have never feed them..well on purpose anyway, lol

Many fish "should" be fed several times a day, but those recommendations are based on a fish only system. In a healthy reef, there are lots of natural food sources for the fish to graze on. Supplimenting that with feedings just ensures nutrition. Often, my fish (even the voracious tangs!) goes for a few days without "canned" food, and they are all fat as can be!
