Someone please talk me out of this idea. I saw a pic on instagram where this guy has his bottom of his tank covered in GSP. I was thinking of trying it in my tank. I have bare bottom in the corners where my power heads blew all the sand towards the middle of my tank. I was going to add more sand to fill in the empty spaces, but maybe add GSP and see what happens? My fear is GSP particles getting blown up and landing on my LR.

I think it sounds like a cool idea! I think a gsp covered floor would be cool, not for me, but it's something that I would not take away from.

Glue some down in the corners and see what happens. I don't think you have to worry about pieces flying/landing anywhere. If you do find some, just scrape it off.

It's not my thing either. I was thinking of putting chalices down there, but that ended up looking to be too costly. I may give it a go and see what happens.

Civic I think I have you on instagram. Check out jas_aquatics and you'll see what I'm talking about. His GSP is more front and center but you'll get the idea.

Headed to a local reefers house tomorrow and picking up some goodies.
"i still have that 10p king midas for 35 and single head pink krak for 30, .. also have red hornet, blue hornet ,darth maul, purple death, Chong bong, Goblins fire,"
I'm going for the King Midas 10p. I want to get a big ZOA rock going like I used to have in my 75gal. Do you all still dip your corals if you buy them from a reliable reefer in your area?

Dip them buddy. Never know what's on the rock. Use a iodine dip for softies if you can.
