3 Reef Coral....

So I just got back from this guys house. I passed on the King Midas for now. He has a huge tonga rock loaded with Blastos , Superman, and some other ZOA, rock is prob 45lbs and 8-10" dia. looks like an old record player cone shape. I'm buying that on monday and he's giving me the King Midas along with the sale. I did however pick up a Mystic Monti frag and a Red Digi monti. I also bought a small Bubblegum chalice to see how it does on the bare bottom corner of my tank. I have officially re entered the coral game.

Thanks! I just placed what I bought in the tank. Man does it all shrink when it gets in there.....

The fellow reefer I met today off a local forum is like a Space Coast version of Todd Sails. He's already texted me a few times and wants to get a DIY T5 & Halide combo going soon for my tank. I'd supply the parts and he'll build it. It's like I got the bug all over again.

Small world story: The fellow reefer happens the be the head sushi chef at a local restaurant that I go to weekly! He said I always treat their staff well and he'd be glad to help with anything I need. Good deal on the frags too.

 

good deal! I am amazed at how small this world can be at times! I've always felt it's important to treat people well cbs. Sounds like you do just that.
