30 gallon build

I probably will only use the temp that comes with it, but one of those might be a cool thing to ask for on my birthday or something.. Id like to use the moon cycle and light cycle theyve programmed. I'm not sure how I'm going to manage all of my wires, I might cut a hole in the wall.

ill be getting it tonight. from what ive heard, this thing is a beast. I have no idea how big it will be, so my sump might need to be rearranged. ill be buying a filter sock soon along with 2 salfiert kits, one for alk and one for calc.

ive been told it has no wires... which leads me to believe this is a recirculating skimmer which i need to hook up to my overflow to get water into it. fortunately all the recirculating skimmers i can find have amazing ratings.

 

got it!! pics soon.. I have a red sea berlin classic triple pass skimmer. Its supposedly a good skimmer but i need to buy the pump for it. it fits in the first section of my sump, which is really good news.
