Yes and it eats prepared. I am a little nervous but they assured me it will do fine. They said its a lot hardier than the mandarin.

Coolio. Is it an ORA? Those fish are really cool. I'll have to look into getting one for my tank(it feels good being able to say "my tank")

Haha I know, it's pretty cool. I would think it is but I don't remember it saying that. They were 12$ and ate prepared though. Its a cool fish but I wouldve gotten a mandarin if I knew they had the same eating habits. I really hope I can keep it alive, I'll be trying my hardest. I was thinking a refugium would be helpful, anyone have any ideas on how to make one? I guess I could get an aquaclear.. I don't know.

An aquaclear would probably to small and have to much flow to keep alot of pods. If you really want to I would get a 20 long and just do a DIY. It will be cheaper and you can customize it. Also you'll be able to get a better skimmer.

I can only keep a 10 gallon under my tank. What do you mean it will be cheaper? I could try to build one again..

Cheaper than a pre made sump. A 10g is better than nothing. You could make two chambers, one at the beginning as a fuge, and then a small one for the return. You could just use a simpe overflow box.

I don't that will happen anytime soon, Im not gonna have that much money coming my way for a while. So the aquaclear won't be able to cultivate pods? I need something now..

Nevermind forget what I said. If you get the impeller from a aquaclear 20 or smaller It will slow flow alot. Then you could put some chaeto and stuff to grow pods. So yeah a 110 with a 20-30 impeller would be just as good.
