    I have a 29 gallon tank, its 30" in lentgh and like 18" tall. What is a recommended light setup? i found this on ebay and wasnt sure if this is good or bad. please feedback. Here are the details:


    • Dimensions - 29.50” x 7.25” x 2.75”

    Can anyone tell me if this is too little of light or what not. if its too high of watts or what not, etc. thanks

    96W of T5 lighting on a 30gal will work just fine. That's what I have running on mine. As far as the fixture, I would stay away from generic eBay brand fixtures. You don't want to be cheap on something as crucial as lighting. Petmountain.com usually has good deals on lighting. I got the Current Sundial fixture and love it.

    is the 6700K enough tho? or does it need to be 10000k ?
