Or get something else it could host????
I think my silly clown was thinking about hosting my Kenya tree...all I can say is good luck to it for that...the Kenya is touchy and can shrink up nice and small...LOL;D

There are PLENTY of other things in there he could host..I'm gonna wait a little while though..he usually sleeps around quite a bit and only stays with one "spot" for a week or two. So we'll see where he ends up next

Okay Marine Depot is awesome. Got my new 20K bulb..it had a crack going around the center. I called and told them..and a new one is on the way 2ND DAY AIR for no charge. Pretty happy. I also purchased a test kit for magnesium and a bottle of magnesium. It read 1100. Not TOO low..but still low.

I got my *in tact* Ushio 20k bulb today. A few of the reviews I read said that it was kind of yellow. They must have only looked at it for the first 30 seconds while it was warming up. This thing is BLUE! And BRIGHT! It looks really good. I think I'll be sticking with 20k's from now on.

I have gotten some nasty brown algae on the back glass. Over the past few days I have raised my magnesium. So with that and the new bulb, hopefully it will go away.

10 minutes under the new bulb and my clam opened up wide for the first time in a couple days. That'd be awesome if my problems were just because my bulb was old. I hope that's the case!

Went out of town for spring break for 6 days. There was literally no one to take care of my tank, so the poor guys just chilled with no food for a week. Everything is fine though! They chowed down this afternoon.

I set my skimmer a little lower than usual so it wouldn't overflow. I'm pretty happy with how it's set now because I came home and it looked like this:

I have never gotten skimmate that dark! Still not as black as some pics I see on here..but it's getting there!
