    It is a large shrimp , there is a power-head right above it so Im pretty sure the water flow is fine

    you could put the shrimp in the sump in a panty hose and secure it close to the return pump without it getting sucked up. But if your ammonia is that high i would remove it.

    Today the ammonia is 4.0 and the Nitrites are 0.25 Nitrates 0 So you think I should remove it now??

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Oh I think you are well on the road and you should be fine to remove it. Gotta smell pretty bad by now.:p
