This last pic is a piece of montipora digital that broke off of the main encrusted piece in the second pic waiting for it to color up.

Thanks and I honestly had a lot of trouble finding a spot for the toadstool, it really wanted something specific. I ended up noticing that it would open up when it was close to the rocks (for support maybe), also it really had a tough time out on the sand bed I assume from the flow. It's really getting medium to low indirect flow (I also have my powerheads on a wavemaker so if he does get bombarded he has a break in between).

Very nice progress. Flatworm exit worked for me. Just make sure you treat it, and re-treat it a few days later. I am not positive, but I believe remembering 3 days as the flateorm incubation period for their eggs. They can also split up (forgot what it is called when they do that) and make 2 out of 1.

The re-treatment should take care of it. I even treated on day 3 and 7 after the initial dosing. I have never seen another flatworm since.

Tank looks great. Sorry about losing your brain. Maybe it got stung by the anemone way too many times.

Thanks magnus, I'm hoping I don't have to go the flatworm exit route. I changed up my feeding schedule and feed after the lights go off and the 6line is sleeping away so hopefully thatll keep him hungry, he has started foraging of of the rocks so fingers crossed he's eating the little buggers.

I was so over ran by them that the bio route was out of the question. In great part my poorly maintained tank had plenty of excess nutrients for them to take off as if they were trying to take over humanity. Give it some time, but if numbers don't seem to drop, flatworm exit (in fact it was their competition, but all the same) worked really well.

Love it, I'm sure the new tank will be lovely too! It already has a great start.

Well its time for the November update and I have some new additions. Taking pictures later tonight when things settle down from me moving rocks and scraping off the front glass.

Here's my newest purchases, picked them up for a reasonable price. The damaged one I started a thread here for advice and was helped out by some great refers here, hopefully it will be making a full recovery.
