    Clams can get rather large as adults and while I've seen them in Nano tanks, 20 gallons or less, I would suggest something around 45 gallons as a minimum.

    Are you suggesting that a clam can outgrow a 20 gallon tank? That's a big clam! Or are you thinking water stability?

    Water stability is another thing with these nanos, if you don't have a handle on it, these clams are pretty sensitive and I can see them getting upset pretty quick.
