    Very nice,

Use single point, spot focus when taking pictures of static objects like your corals. Make sure your shutter speed is is at least 1/ focal length X 1.6 so shake is not introduce to your photos or use a tripod and a remote release. Make sure you are shooting straight on and not through any angles in your glass.

I was using a Canon Rebel from May 9 through the first week of September.

Light reflecting off of the walls is why the PAR is so high in the corner.

These numbers aren't yet multiplied by 5? If the case you have plent of PAR. Most of those coral probably photo saturate around 300 PAR. I.e. they can't use anymore light anyways. You may get better color with more PAR though, but corals can become more demanding and sensitive with more light. If the corners are getting mor light, it could be the reflector desigh...

    Tank looks good.

Oh, okay, I see now, you added the Par to the picture. Yeah, where the SPS are seems to be a bit weak... I'd like to be in the 300ish range if possible. Can you bend the reflector a bit, or is it fixed to the hood?

I can't bend the reflector, I'm thinking I'm going to go either 250 se reflector or go with a 6bulb Ati fixture

I would replace the AB and PP with CP.
