4-bulb 48inch coralife fixture

So I recently purchased a 75g tank with this coralife fixture

It comes with 4 moonlight LED (but I don't know how to get them to work, gonna assume the plug but I don't know where I can plug it in...anyone wanna help?)
2 65w 10k (white)
2 65w actinin (blue)

One of the blues just recently burnt, and I was wondering for optimal growth should I just replace it with any straight plug actinin 21-22inches? Or should I go with a different combination?

 

For more growth go with a 460nm blue over the 420nm actinic.
