Ok so I have three bulbs down (I think) but then again this is my first time using T5s so maybe somebody can chime in. I have a 4-bulb fixture, 24". I want a blue but not a massive amount to wash out the colors. Here's my pick:

    2) Blue Plus
    1) Aquablue
    1) Fiji???

The fiji I get mixed reviews and the pics show mixed results. I was thinking maybe just a GE 6500k to replace instead of the fiji? What do you guys think?

I personally don't like the look the Fiji gives or and especially the price tag. A 6500K GE will really make your oranges, reds, yellows pop.

what corals are you growing? do you want more power or color?

maybe just use another Aquablue if you want to keep a blue look...?

i'm also trying to figure out my next bulbs. going very similar to your selection with 2xATI Blue+, I Geismann Aquablue and probably the Fiji...I really want to see what these bulbs do in person.

What color does it give to the tank...white, yellow?

Frogspawn, zoas, mushrooms. Mix between the two but really I want a light blue tint and colors showing, not washed out. The Fiji pics I saw showed a tint I wasn't fond of.

White mostly I think. It's hard to tell because it's on when the rest are. But the colors I mentioned became more intense after adding it. My combo is front to back:
    ati blue+
    ati blue+
    ati 1200k bluespecial
    uvl 75/25 white actinic
    ge 6500k daylight
    ati blue+

You can see what my tank looks like in the reef link in my sig.

Go with UVL Actinic White in place of the Fiji.

My light is a 6 bulb TEK.. I have 3 blue plus, 2 aqua blue special and a UVL Super Actinic. The UVL seems to be very similar to a KZ Fiji Purple.. and I am a little disappointed with it. It seems to get washed out by the blue plus-- but the blue plus is my favorite bulb of the entire combo... I love it! Such a nice bulb.

I am going to get a TEK 4-bulb and have read these two combos are the nicest:

    2 ATI Blue Plus
    1 ATI AquaBlue Special
    1 KZ Fiji Purple

    or

    2 ATI Blue Plus
    2 ATI AquaBlue Special

    Trying to decide between them.
