    Whadyou mean "interesting"?
They might try to eat each other, especially the Angler.
When ordering go for "Bali Angler" or "Clown Angler" not assorted angler. Those are probably the ones you are thinking of.
Here is Zubi's site, this is what I used to ID my angler

I've heard that going Lion/Scorp/Angler combo is the best way to go. Didn't think that they would try to eat each other since that are roughly the same size.

An angler isn't an appropriate tankmate for very many fish. Most, besides maybe a pygmy, will give a dwarf and leaf "a go".

Two fuzzies (male and female or 2 females) and a couple of leaf fish would work. Leaf fish can be very hard to train to frozen. You'd have to do so away from the lions, if you bought those first.

There are lots of little fun scorpions out there too.... I wouldn't add them in ADDITION to the Leaf or fuzzy pair, but instead just go with one of each and a couple of others.

Not a Raggy though, I recently passed on one because they have HUGE mouths in relation to their size. They could take down a Leaf.

I'd stay away from medium lions (like the mombasae) because they are simply too big. Their fins are like angel wings and require space. A Fu would work, but again, they can be very hard to train to frozen. I'd stay away from a dwarf zebra, because they can fight with fuzzies if the tank is too small. A barberi would work, but a male fuzzy and a Male barberi will fight. They have to be F/F or M/F even though they are a different species. I'm sure if you had a female zebra, it would work. But zebras aren't sexable.

But before you buy an oddball scorp, make sure you come on here and ask us about them. Not all descriptions on the sites that sell them are correct, even from the best sources. I buy from one site all the time, love their fish, but YIKES their ID, environment requirements and special handing info is often very lacking.

My friends angler almost took down a coral beauty, bit at it a couple times. I saw it! I'm sure an angler could take down a fuzzy or leaf-fish

Thanks for the info! Two Fuzzies and maybe a trio of Leaf fish? Or as you were saying, two Fuzzies and the possiblity of three different scorpions?

I'd do 2 fuzzies, a leaf, and a tomato hawk

Tomato hawk? I'm not familiar with that. Are you referring to a Flame Hawkfish?

What's the dimensions of the tank?

I would get a fuzzy and a leaf and a couple/few others. Or maybe 2 fuzzies and some others. No matter what color leaf you buy, it will be yellow or beige in a couple of months. So maybe just one of them if you want variety. Fuzzies can be all sorts of coolness among the different specimens. So, you could have two very different looking fuzzies, which would be neat. It's also fun to see them running around together at food time. They push on each other like a couple of toddlers trying to get the best spot.

The tank is a 40 breeder. roughly 36x18x17. I'm hopping to get a Red Fuzzy and the hard to come by Yellow Fuzzy. ;D As for Leaf fish, I am thinking one Leaf and one other species of scorpionfish

That's actually a good plan, because it will take you a lifetime to find the yellow :) Not really, but they are indeed very hard to find.

The more preds you have in a tank, the harder feeding time is. Make sure you have one trained well before adding another. It takes some skill to handle a tank full of them.

Some nights I curse like a sailor. It's usually the trio of blotched anthias that steal the food, though.
