Just starting a thread so I can post some of my more favorite pics of the tank, and please bare with me, I'm still learning as much about photographing aquariums as I am about taking care of aquariums!

Had a terrible crash at the beginning of August, so this is kinda round two. During a water change I added some pH buffer and a tap water conditioner, I don't know if the two reacted with each other, or if the water change just changed the parameters to quickly. Either way, everything except one urchin and two hermits died... was a terrible day.

Since then I've rebuilt, and the tank is doing quite well, my only real problem is with the algae problem I'm having. I think I'm going to invest in a phosphate reactor with my next paycheck. In some of the more recent picture you can see the small green fur all over everything... bleh!

A few of my favorite pics:

Glad to have you back Illushinz. Sorry about the recent crash, thats a event that all of us fear, but sometimes share. Glad you where able to bounce back. As for your algae issue, have you tested for No3 and Po4??
What kind of water are you using for salt mixes and top off water? How old are your bulbs? Luna
