ok, I have a quick question. Your name is reef guru and you are building this tank for your wife...do you have a reef tank of your own? Would love to see it if you do!

Again, your wife is a lucky lady!

i used to sell sps's out of my house with multiple tanks running at once, got to be to much so i stopped. but shes been buggin me to get back into it, so here we are. once shes set up and taken care of i have a marineland deep dimension 250 g ( 60 w x 36 d x 27 h ) that i will cut to make it 20" high, make a c2c overflow and get rid of the 2 corner overflows, and slap a new frame on it for a sps only tank. i have all the equipment to get it up and running.

puréed: 1/2 oyster, 2 clam, 2 mollusc, 1/2 shrimp, and 2 crab claws, then added two tablespoons of this swaray into the maintank to start the cycle. the skimmer and algae scrubber wont be turned on until the systems done cycling. the lights are on a regular schedule, and the chiller is set to 77. time to sit back and wait.

took the rest and am having a nice seafood dinner with the wife. life's little quirks. lol

Hmmm sounds good. I'm kinda hungry now.

The tank and system look great. Now the best part....waiting.

Can't wait to see some livestock in there.

Hope you have a quick cycle, best of luck.
