i think i'll put the moray eel on the no list. after doing a bit of reading they seem like they would be a bit too aggressive for my puffer. Even though my puffer wouldn't have a chance at eating one, and i saw my lfs have one before for $80 and that's a bit expensive for me. As of right now i'm leaning more towards the Melanurus Wrasse, doesn't seem to get to big, should hold its own, beautiful, and not to costly.

i'll still look into the foxface and copper. LOL at least i have a possible fish to put in with my puffer. When i first started to look at marine GSPs most of everything said they can't be put with anything except maybe a clownfish. But now that i've done more research and joined 3reef, it does seem very possibly that he can live with 1 or possibly even 2 fish in the new tank. So i'm willing to take in any ideas that might work :D

ok. LOL i think the melanurus is deff going to be a better tank mate than a boring ol clownfish. And they don't seem to have as long of fins as the clownfish do for him to pick at since thier known fin nippers.

I gotta toss a radiant wrasse in to the mix. They are a lil steep on the price but are stunning to look at, full of character and very active. They also stay a reasonable size(4-5" IIRC).

i also like the sounds of the wrasses because when reading they say the sleep in the sand like my puffer, and the foods they eat seem similar to my puffer so maybe i would be able to feed them all the same meaty foods

i say go with a leopard wrasse. they are beautiful, live under the sand and dont care about other fish. mine is working out very well with my dogface puffer. he also eats the krill so i didnt have to buy another food product. i also feed my other fish brine shrimp and he eats that.
