48" leopard moray video "dont send the pic police i surrender"

hey its in actinic the tank shown got ich from a PETCO fish then crashed and killed my lionfish yellow and kole tangs..

thank goodness for the eel not being able to get it....

it was my first tank at the time about a year ago...
he has gotten alot bigger now he wont stop growing
he eats 10-15 large silver sides weekly, i have to cook gourmetfor him!
NO GARLIC NO EAT!

 

i don't know about eels so i maybe wrong but that seems like a lot to feed him to me. i would be careful and watch you ammonia and nitrates.

but i can't argue with the results hes very impressive.

i just seeded it and well waiting as we say....
cant rush it....
he hides in a tiny cave anyway..

 

Beautiful eel, although I must say that it seems as though you are feeding him rather heavily.

 

he stops eating when he is full....
and he wont eat some days...
when i first got him he wouldnt eat for almost a month.....
i finally got iqf silversides kent garlic extreme and v3 triple strength from h20 life..
he eats with that and only that..
sometimes i will sneak a piece of large whole krill in him to change up the diet some...
i eat alot so in his defense its his choice to be fat...
but he does eat alot

I think thats where my issues with my dad feeding our fish stem. He is overweight so he tends to feed them more. I am lean so I feed them less lol.

Awesome eel! I really want an eel but my girlfriend and mom won't have any of it.
