Ha! It's like the sea's version of an orphanage.

very much so, I knew I had to move out most of these from the 5ft when I got serious about having SPS (chemical warfare, toxins and the fact some of these species will overun the main tank)

but I could not bring myself to part with corals that at one time where ones I had selected - solution = another FOWLR , bites the dust

    Thanks Nor Cal Guy

sadly this tank got taken down in August due to change of personal circumstances
well in fact all of my tanks did

I set my 5ft tank back up as a reef, but this 4ft was only set up as an overspill for soft corals, that I no longer wanted in the 5ft when I went SPS, it would have meant starting a new softy tank from scratch

so I re set this one up, after a clean and rinse, with freshwater, and it now has that pair of Discuss , 2 platies (my 3 year olds prizes at the fair) and 6 neons (My 9 year olds purchased contribution to the tank)

you have seen it, as you have visited the other thread a couple of times
but I doubt you recognised it

I knew that was your fw tank. I just thought goin were running 3 tanks. I did that once. Small tanks though: 55g reef, 18g reef, 5g planted, and a 1g pico. Now I just have my 72g and my 8g nano.
