Alright Guys, Needing some help with this.

Okay, so I have a 5 Gallon Nano here i Posted some Attachment Pix
I have about 5-6 pounds of Live Sand in there,
and 2-3 pounds of Fiji Live Rock for now.
the HOB filter is a Bio Penguin 100 '100 GPH'
The Powerhead is a Koralia. if i remember correctly, I forgot the GPH.. Wife tossed my Box... I know its large tho. I get good flow over the rocks with it, and no problems with sand in my HOB filter.

I have one of those nano protein skimmers with the Wood air-stones... I'm sure you've all seen them around ;) I was wondering if the Powerhead is a bit too much for the tank? and if I should take it out and replace it with the nano skimmer?

also just put a very small black Mollie in there, to help some type of cycle... can't get one going for some reason?, running for 2-3 weeks now.

    TEST prams
    nitrites 0 ppm
    nitrates less then 5.0 ppm
    Alk 2.7 - 3.0
    PH 8.0 - 8.2

I was Hoping to get All of my answers Replied to in a Nice big single Page if anyone with good Exp in question answering... :)
on that note... lets start from this post.
thx guys i know your out there :)

As long as your flow is not directly on them you should be fine. What is your lighting looking like, you never said anything about your lighting?

Ah yes the lighting I'm using a 18" POS atm :)
it is hard to find any lighting fixtures for a 16 inch long tank maybe that something you guys would know where to look and tell me about
I cannot find anything thats in a good price rang or size for that matter.
